Scope
This policy applies to the web apps published on www.app-seduction.com, namely Coach Séduction and SMS Séduction (the “Apps”), to their Premium subscription and to the related emails. It complements our Terms of Service.
The Apps work without an account: we do not ask for your name, and nobody can see your profile.
Data kept on your device
To work without an account, the Apps save the following in your browser’s local storage. This data is never sent to us:
- Coach Séduction profile: nickname, date of birth and gender, used to address you and pick the right advice;
- your progress, quiz scores, usage counters and favourite messages;
- your settings: language, daily reminder, acceptance of these documents;
- if you subscribe, a signed Premium key that lets the App check your subscription.
You can erase it at any time by resetting your profile in the App or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Erasing it also removes Premium from that device; you can get it back with the “Restore” option.
The daily reminder uses your browser’s notification feature. It is triggered by the App itself: no push server and no notification identifier are involved.
Data we process
Technical logs
Like any website, our host records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and referring page. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Premium restore
When you ask to restore Premium, you enter your email address. We use it only to look up your subscription at Stripe and send you a sign-in link valid for 24 hours. We do not keep your address in a database; to prevent abuse, a one-way fingerprint of it is kept for 10 minutes.
Messages you send us
If you write to us (for example with the contact form in Coach Séduction, which opens your email app), we receive your email address, your message and the technical details added to it (App version, browser, language), and use them only to answer you.
Ads, analytics and cookies
The Apps are funded partly by advertising and we measure their audience to improve them. For this we use:
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd), to display ads. With your consent, ads may be personalised based on your browsing; without it, Google shows non-personalised ads, which still use cookies or identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement where the law allows;
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), to produce statistics on visits: pages viewed, time spent, device type, approximate location from the IP address.
These services place cookies or read identifiers on your device. They are only activated after you agree in the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can accept, refuse or choose by purpose, and change your choice at any time from the “Privacy settings” link in the Apps. Refusing does not stop you from using the Apps.
Your consent is kept for up to 6 months, then we ask again. To learn how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services; you can also manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Local storage used only to make the Apps work (section 3) is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
Other third-party services
- Google Fonts: the fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.
- Sharing: the WhatsApp, Facebook, X (Twitter), SMS and email buttons only open that service, with the text you chose, when you tap them. What happens next is governed by that service’s own policy.

Retention
- Data on your device: until you erase it;
- technical logs: up to 12 months;
- analytics data: up to 14 months;
- consent choice: 6 months;
- subscription records: for the life of the subscription, then 10 years for accounting records required by French law;
- emails exchanged with us: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
Transfers outside the EU
Stripe and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies are certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
Write to contact@app-seduction.com. For a subscription, please send the email address used for payment. We answer within one month.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Minors
The Apps are intended for adults. We do not knowingly process data about people under 18.
Security
The Apps are served only over HTTPS. Premium keys and restore links are signed, and restore links expire after 24 hours. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when a feature or partner changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects your data, we will tell you in the Apps and, for subscribers, by email.
